Funeral services for Mr. Henry Allen Morris, 62, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at the Capt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home with Dr. Jeff Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Mims Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home of Jefferson. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 12th at the funeral home.

Mr. Morris was born July 8, 1950 in Amarillo, Texas to Issac Eli and Deloris Hopper Morris. He was of the Morman faith. Mr. Morris worked for the Sante Fe railroad for over 30 years. He was a veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed nature and the outdoors, fishing, birding, hiking and camping. Mr. Morris passed away February 7, 2013 in Livingston, Texas.

Survivors include, his wife “Baby” of 39 years, Susan Roberta King Morris of Onalaska, Texas, daughter, Angela Sue Miracle of Amarillo, Texas, parents, Issac Eli Morris and Deloris Hopper Morris both of Jefferson, sister, Dawna Marie Ritter and husband Wayne of Jefferson and brother, Carl W. Morris of Jefferson, grandchild, Danielle Nicole Miracle of Onalaska, Texas and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Tim Ritter, Greg Ritter and Gary Rodgers.
